Return and Payment Policy

–   All Products sold are in general non-refundable or exchangeable.

–  Products purchased from an Agent must be returned to the respective original point of purchase.

–  Please report damage of products to your Seller or Agents not more than Two (2) days from products received date. 

  • Kindly snap a photo of the damaged product and whatsapp to the Seller or Agents. 

–  Exchange will not be entertained if failed to report within Two (2) days from products received date.  

– Kindly ensure the right products are selected when ordering online as no product exchange will be conducted once the order has been processed.

 

Payment Policy

  All prices on the website are in MYR (Ringgit Malaysia) and do not include applicable sales taxes.

–  The total cost including any applicable taxes will be displayed during check-out.
